Les chambres sont un peu bruyantes.
Il y a une piscine et un spa mais n'y sommes pas allés.

Uncomfortable hotel
We stayed in **Room 118**, located at the back of the hotel, directly next to the kitchen ventilation system. The fan was extremely loud day and night, making it impossible to relax or sleep. I asked Sophie at reception if we could move rooms, but she refused. My husband, our child, and I barely slept for four nights. The hotel should clearly inform guests that this room is next to the kitchen extraction fans and service area before booking.
Although we had a balcony, we couldn't enjoy it because of the constant noise from the ventilation system and hotel staff walking through the service area. On Friday and Saturday evenings, people were smoking cannabis nearby, so we had to keep the balcony door closed.
The bathroom had no hooks or towel rail near the sink, making it inconvenient to dry your hands. The toiletries left my hair feeling greasy and heavy. There was no wine opener in the room, and the bar only had a very basic one to borrow. The bin was tiny, and the carpet had visible dirt.
Our first breakfast experience was very unwelcoming. We were shown to a table but not told how to order, so we had to ask another member of staff. The porridge for our baby arrived extremely hot and watery. Service was slow throughout our stay, and staff rarely checked on guests.
Parking was a nightmare, with very limited spaces. We were lucky to get one for only two days and avoided moving the car because we knew we wouldn't get another space. Street parking nearby was also very busy.
The spa was disappointing. One of the sauna benches was broken, the pool was too cold, and there were no lockers. The hotel floors creaked badly, doors slammed loudly every morning, and we were regularly woken by noise from other floors.
The guest microwave was located in the same tiny room as the laundry facilities, which felt very unhygienic due to the dirty laundry and strong detergent smell. The iron provided was also poor quality and couldn't remove wrinkles from my clothes.
Overall, this hotel did not provide the standard we expected for the price we paid. Poor sleep, poor customer service, disappointing facilities, and a lack of transparency about the room location made this a very frustrating stay. Unfortunately, we would not return or recommend this hotel.
