Lovely stay in a fab pub

We stayed at the Bell overnight as we had a tour of Clarksons farm , such a lovely pub and B&B the staff were lovely the breakfast was delicious and the room was so clean and really comfy

Bell inn

We booked through booking .com was told in paper work that my husband was allerrgic to father pillows when we got there we asked the cleaner to make sure the room did not have them.. came back to our room at 3 to find to feather cushions on the bed ...took them to the bar to say we could not have them in our room .then on there Web site it said breckfast was at 8 and was told it was not till 830 we had to be at the train station at 9 for our day out... so we missed out on breakfast

nice pub bad food and long wait

Lovely pub however food don’t bother to eat there the food is terrible, waited for an hour and after half an hour of waiting told the food that i ordered that there was a problem and that i had to order something different, the sandwich’s arrived which was disappointing, bread was dry, salad was bleak and just leaves and tiny spoon of coleslaw and the tortilla chips were tasteless, i wouldn’t recommend staying here for food

Good experience

We booked a table and had lunch here 11/07. Food was lovely, service was a little slow but the staff were very busy coping with the volume of customers so absolutely no complaints there. We will definitely go back before we head home.
