Cheap and amazing

I booked this hotel for my birthday trip. When we booked it we were so surprised with how cheap it was compared to others in the area. When we got there the hotel reception team were so lovely and helped us get checked in. We booked the compact room and it was perfect for the two of us, and it was very clean and had good amenities. The location of the hotel was perfect as everything was walking distance from it. We went down to the bar twice and the staff were so friendly and the cocktails were so good.

Business overnight trip

Stayed here following a business meeting. Just a short trip in a taxi from the Piccadilly train station. You could also walk, if so inclined. We used the conference rooms and the catering facilities here. We stayed overnight. The rooms were comfortable. Had access to all amenities. Iron and ironing board were available on the landing of rooms. Showers were powerful and hot. Bed was clean and comfortable. Room had air con if needed. Plenty of outlet sockets in the room. Plenty of fresh towels available. Although based in Deansgate the rooms were very quiet, with no noise from outside heard. Bar available on site. Also access to a gym, but had no time to utilise. Breakfast was first class, with a very extensive choice of hot and cold items. This included pastries and fruit.
Would highly recommend.

Bed is really hard, window doesn’t open and the aircon barely works so it’s really warm in there. Window looks out at bricks , we paid extra for a window that wasn’t allowed to be open and literally looked at bricks. Asked if we could check out early and just got ignored. Only go here if you want somewhere cheap to sleep and you’re going alone

My room was filthy. Floor had not been cleaned in about a week!! Hair everywhere obviously from different people. Hair in the bed. Bathroom floor cover in hair, grime on the mirrors.
