Amazing place to stay, I’ve stayed here before. The only issue we had was one of the balcony doors didn’t work so we could only use one but other than that, amazing place.

Was very hot in the loft room, fan provided but did not help. Was odd that the small corridor outside the bedrooms had an aircon but the bedrooms did not.
Otherwise was a good stay!

Look no further for a great London stay

We were going to a concert in Crystal Palace Park so booked here due to the proximity to the park. It was an excellent choice. The apartment had one bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. Due to the extreme heat the apartment was very hot. We asked for a fan and this was immediately provided. The breakfast times were longer than expected with a wide variety of foods provided on a self-serve basis. The food was plentiful and included sachets of porridge, bread for toasting, several cereals, cheeses, yogurts, butters, jams, pastries, cold juices, hot drinks etc. I was pleasantly surprised with not just the variety on offer but the quantity and quality too. The booking and checking in process was seamless. Finally the two staff members we dealt with were a credit to the company. The were very friendly and professional. During the checking in process we were immediately given a bottle of cold water each due to the very hot temperature which was a really nice touch. If you are looking for somewhere comfortable to stay at a very reasonable price including a good breakfast then look no further.

It's okay if you are out and about a lot, but a bit more cleanliness would be great.

We stayed here because it was cheaper than directly in London. Approx. 1.5 hours from London Heathrow Airport.
When we arrived, someone from the hotel helped us with the check-in, as it was not working properly for me.
The room was okay; it was pleasantly large with two steel beds that squeaked and two nightstands. Table with chairs and a kitchenette with dishes for two people.
The room was very warm, even though the window was always open.
A big problem for me was that it was very dusty everywhere; even dust flakes were hanging on the walls. I swept the floor immediately upon arrival.
The bathroom is very small, but it was sufficient; however, it was not clean, as hair and dust were everywhere on the floor.
The beds and towels were clean and were changed once during our stay.
The trash can was emptied regularly.
The storage for clothes was a tiny wardrobe, so we lived out of our suitcases.
Since we were out a lot, the room was otherwise okay for us.
The breakfast surprised us a bit, as it was simply a filled kitchenette where everyone took what they needed and then had to clean their own dishes; there were no towels provided.
There was toast, cheese, butter, jam, yogurt, cereal, packaged sweet breads with chocolate, and waffles. Additionally, there were bananas, apples, and oranges. For drinks, there was apple juice, orange juice, and one could make coffee, tea, and cocoa with hot water.
During the week, breakfast is available starting at 7:30 AM, and on weekends, it is only available starting at 9:00 AM.
Be aware that it is very noisy in the hotel on weekends. Many guests were very loud and sometimes shouted at each other at night. Additionally, the hotel is very soundproof, and you can hear every creaking floorboard above you.
