Great bank holiday stay

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and clean, and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice.
The location is also great, making it really easy to get around and enjoy everything nearby.
Honestly, don’t be put off by the one- and two-star reviews — everyone has different expectations, but we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! ❤️

Fantastic room with great decor including 2 relaxing chairs. Fab selection of both teas and coffees. The homemade shortbread biscuits were a much welcomed extra! I had an amazing night's sleep due to the super comfy bed and bedding. The room was also very quiet considering how central the property is. All the staff I met (Reception, Bar, Night Manager and Room Service) were friendly, professional and had a great sense of humour. The food was also very tasty! Would definitely recommend. Proper British Pub with Class!

Delightful hotel , great position easy to walk to Liverpool Street / Tower Bridge. Breakfast was amazing , thank you . Staff all really friendly just had a really nice cell to it.

The Chamberlain

Very good location, close to the tube and locations such as the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Very spacious and very clean bedroom/bathroom. The bed was very comfy. Good selection of coffee and tea available in the room. Nicely decorated. The free breakfast was very good - à la carte meals served for you, or the buffet. The buffet could do with a few more items. But when you can get a full English made up for you I can see why it’s limited for the hotel’s costs side if things. Good value all around. Good staff, good housekeeping. Will definitely choose the Chamberlain again when staying in London.

Ideal couples hotel. The staff were helpful, room was comfortable with complimentary tea, biscuits, coffee machine and water. Comfortable room and bed. The room was equipped with air conditioning. Very well located to explore central and East London. Great breakfast.
