Outstanding overall experience for afternoon tea.
With knowledge they professionally serve tasty sandwiches, nicely decorated cakes and scones in a warm, cosy and quiet setting. Albeit the room being full with all tables taken, we chilled out and relaxed, no one was loud.
We were given the time to enjoy everything, offered to try different teas from their special tea menu, showed around for a little tour: outstanding service!!
It has definitely been an experience to remember, from arrival to leaving: we'll be back for sure.
A big thank you to the team who looked after us.

Perfect stay on a quiet street very close to the restaurants of South Kensington
Hotel highlights:
- an ideal location
- elegant and tasteful decor (slow luxury)
- a level of service worthy of a 5-star hotel
- a very comfortable room
- a complete bathroom (bathtub, separate shower, bidet)
- a small fitness room in the basement (with a window)
- an exceptional à la carte breakfast, free for Leading Hotels of the World loyalty card holders
- Wi-Fi that works throughout the entire establishment
Areas for improvement:
- Add an elliptical stepper and a shower in the fitness area

A flawless and luxurious stay
The staff were friendly, attentive and always willing to help without being intrusive. The amenities were well maintained and provided everything I needed. The hotel is not only luxurious, but also very cosy and welcoming. A special thank you goes to the concierge and the entire team, whose genuine warmth and helpfulness made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything was just right, and I would happily stay here again.
