Fabulous hotel and location at a great price
Had a fabulous time in this hotel. The location is excellent, the facilities including the air conditioning were brilliant and the staff couldn't have been nicer. It was great value and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in London.

Traumatised by the lift
This central location was great.
The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
We appreciated the air-con in the room as we were staying during a heatwave.
The outdoor terrace was very peaceful and relaxing.
However our trip was completely ruined on day 1 as we were trapped in the hotel lift, between floors. This was a very traumatic experience.
We remain very grateful to the Kensington Fire Service who responded to our call for help.
The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Comfortable beds and Convenient Location
Overall, the hotel is fine and very nicely located to the underground. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quite large. They had a few issues with fire alarms going off and assumed my friend and I had been smoking in the room which we did not. The fire alarms continued to go off 3 times throughout our stay and throughout the entire hotel. This was an inconvenience and we were not compensated and even the apology left a lot to be desired. The hotel staff also could not find my booking upon arrival and departure and suggested I was other people’s names. Overall, it was a fine stay but left much to be desired with regards to staff and hospitality.

Nearly excellent
My room was lovely. Everything very clean and there are really nice products in the bathroom. All staff very polite except for the one who met me on arrival. He was hoovering his part of reception. Told me to sit snd wait while he finished and only once he had done it did he check me in and say that the room was not ready although i was only 30 minutes early. He did not check. If the greeting had been better I would give 5 stars but first impressions are hard to ignore.
