Great hotel for a great price!

Great price for a central location (a 2 minute walk from Bayswater tube station). The staff were friendly and helpful and everything was spotlessly clean. We stayed for two nights and our room was serviced with fresh towels. The hotel kitten was an added bonus!

Excellent position ,good service, but micro rooms

Hotel in an excellent location. Good service and clean rooms, but extremely small. Since there were three of us, I had asked, when booking (months in advance), for a suitably large room. We found ourselves in a room where we had to plan our movements between us! The rooms were also minimal, with no furniture.

Great stay

Stayed here for a few nights with my partner. Staff very hospitable, rooms clean and has everything you need (iron, kettle, hot water etc.), and great location. Would strongly recommend. Also loved the new hotel cat, Noxy

It was filthy

I stayed in this hotel the beginning of January to meet my family the lift didn't work on the Saturday morning. I went to dry my hair and there was a used condom underneath the hair dryer. It was disgusting. I couldn't get a member of staff when I finally got one. I thought she was laughing. I have sent them about 10 emails and I haven't heard any word not even an apology it was an absolute disgrace

Another great return

This is our fourth time staying at NOX Hyde Park.
Location is excellent, close to two different Underground Stations & close to a range of different restaurants & bars.
It really is a great fit for couples & for those on business in the city.
Rooms are small but really practice & value for their price.
Will stay here again & again
