Perfect west end boutique hotel

Came to London to see a show. This place is perfectly located, spotless and with a really relaxed ambience but right in the heart of soho. Close to everything. I booked a small double (suitable for one) knowing exactly what i was getting but it blew me away for the price.
The room was extremely clean and comfortable with a great bed for sleep and tv. The shower was fantastic and despite overlooking Frith St it was fully soundproofed!
I was here on the hottest day of the year. 38 degrees. The whole hotel has a central air filtration system which keeps the climate perfect. AND it has aircon if you need a cold blast.
Cocktails in the bar are delish and all of the staff were utterly charming. Definitely making this my short stay bolthole. Always love Molton Brown toiletries too.... real value for money.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect—very central and ideal for the theatre we were visiting.
Before heading off, we enjoyed a delicious coffee and pastry, which was the perfect start to the day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
A lovely hotel with friendly service and a great location. I would definitely stay here again!

Warm Welcome and Comfortable Bed

We received a lovely warm welcome. The room was small but to be fair it was exactly the size advertised. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. A brilliant location.

Good location near to everything soho has to offer. No noises from outside. Check in easy. Staff friendly. Room.supper clean. Ac worked well. Nice to have coffee machine. Big fluffy towels and nice toiletries.

Excellent on every level.
Booked last minute due to location. No noise from outside. Immaculately clean. Lovely bedding, towels and toiletries. Plus to have coffee machine. Shower hot and good pressure. Check in easy . Cant wait to come back. Good wifi. Luggage storage. Close to all that soho has to offer. Near transport links. Thank you. K
