Very nice hotel, the only thing that really let it down was the exterior. Beds were lovely and comfortable, bathroom was impeccable. Would definitely book again.

staff on reception quite blunt and rude. the fridge in my room was not working made everything in there absolutely roasting. the fan in the room was falling apart had to keep reattaching the base but the fan wouldnt sit up straight it kept flopping over. lack of brightness in the room. everything was clean none the less

Great Hotel for overnight stays for Wembley, very clean and convenienent as bus stop right outside, would stay again if I went to concert again

Beautiful refurbished room. Spacious bathroom. Fridge was helpful. Blackout blind I loved. Air con was a life saver during the heat wave.. The reception smelt absolutely amazing! If you could tell me what the smell was I would love it for my own house. TV had so many channels. Best stay in a while.

Better Than It Looks.

A hotel that doesn’t give off a good vibe by looking at the frontage, which is a Shisha bar at night and a bit noisy in the rooms sometimes. We booked a double delux room on the 3rd floor with air conditioning which was super cool.
The room was 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ a big walk in shower with power shower. In fact the bathroom was probably the best I’ve ever used in a hotel. Tv 60cm with all channels They have a lift for you and your suitcases. Acton mainline tube is a 5 minute walk, and is also the Lion & Pineapple Wetherspoons. Fab central location for all transport in london and regions. Make sure if you book a room it has A/C if it’s summer in the UK.
With a tidy up the hotel would be 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and £100 per night.
Would we stay again .. Yes.
