Stayed here with my teenage daughter for 2 nights. Room was small but perfect for what we needed which was just a base to sleep. Shower cubicle large with hot water and powerful even though we were top floor. Staff great - a WhatsApp and they came up to sort out our TV as the batteries had died. Perfect location for O2 - 5 minute walk to the cable cars and Royal Victoria DLR.

Good hotel

Stayed here for a night with 3 friends. Very helpful & friendly welcome from Azzy & his reception team. Comfortable bedroom, good shower, nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Would stay again if in London.

Exceptional service from an outstanding team

A perfect stay from start to finish. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff, especially Malcolm, Renato and Nelo. Every single person I met was warm, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they always greeted guests with a genuine smile. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service made all the difference and turned a great stay into an exceptional one. Thank you to the entire team. I wouldn't hesitate to return and highly recommend this hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Enjoying your London stay

The hotel is a budget friendly option. Great, comfy bed , nice view to the dock.
The hotel personal is very friendly. Thank you Andrei for the great breakfast with many varieties to choose off. Great coffee; with continental & full English breakfast also.
Also many thanks to Ayo for friendly service during dinner.

The hotel location was perfect for what we needed; easy, quick travel to the o2 and DLR a 4 minute walk, 1 stop and connect with underground. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was ok for a budget hotel, but the twin beds were smaller than standard singles and pretty hard. No teaspoons with refreshments to make a hot drink with, flimsy wooden stirrers were provided instead, and weren’t replaced for new ones when cleaners came in. Shower was very annoying because of not staying at the set temperature, constantly going hot and chilly, and it drained down the plughole slowly. Bathroom sink drain smelt disgusting when water went down it and, when taking the plug out of the drain, you could see it hadn’t been cleaned down there for a long time. Air con was brilliant. TV worked easily. Bonnane Pizzeria nearby did a wonderful breakfast.
