Location is close to the Excel Center for congress.
Complementary breakfast is very simple and every day the same.

Check in and check out were simple, staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was nice and modern, bathroom was clean too. Our only issue was the bedsheets were a bit smelly so we had to flip them around. Breakfast was tasty with a load of options.

Great location; easy to access via the DLR, and getting to the O2 is really easy. Complimentary breakfast was very nice. Room was as you'd expect from this type of hotel. Our room was next to where the cleaners keep their stuff and during the day there was a lot of loud door slamming, no noise issues at night though.

Don’t waste you time

The room is very mid, nothing special. The beds are quite hard with very thin blankets (I always carry an extra one anyone just in case). The bathrooms are quite outdated. The carpets in the room and hallways smell quite weird. The walls are also very very thin so if you are a light sleeper you will be woken up by EVERYTHING due to the noise. Customer service also needs some work - I waited 20 mins to check in when there was being walking around not looking very productive. Only good thing is that there is plenty of parking.
