Good apartment

Good location of apartment. Near Wood green Station. Lots of shops, eateries nearby. Apartment was clean and had everything you need. Easy to access and check in was smooth. Very good value for money. The room is was given had a double bed and single bed

Excellent solution in quality / price / area

Apartment located in zone 3, adjacent to the Piccadilly metro line Wood Green stop. We opted for a room with a large bathroom in the room. Inside electric oven for cooking, hairdryer, fridge and washing machine. Cleaning ok where the lady one day yes and one No changed towels and cleaned room. The well located area is served by all amenities including supermarkets and various places to eat even without spending too much. The only flaw is that the washing machine we decided not to use as it lacked a drying rack for stuff. Here perhaps should be added . Stay of 6 nights. All in all recommended and very convenient the fact of being able to ceck in automatically.

Great location for Alexandra Palace visitors!

Myself and two friends stayed at Centra Station for one night this week for £210 (£70 each). For a flat in London, I’d say this is a great price for what we got. As this is not a hotel, there is no reception and all communication is via phone/WhatsApp, so is good for those who prefer self-check in.
Location:
If you’re visiting Alexandra Palace like we were, I cannot recommend this place enough. It is only a 15/20 minute walk away, and is a 2 minute walk to Wood Green Underground Station. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs nearby, but not so close that you can hear their noise during the night. It is located round the back of a closed pub called Jolly Anglers.
Access:
To get into your room, you need two codes instead of keys - one to get into the front door, and another to get into your room. You enter these on an electronic keypad, which we had no problems with using at all.
Communication:
Getting in touch with the owner was very easy, using the phone number provided on the booking confirmation. On the day of arrival, you will be asked for photo ID before receiving a link to pay for your stay via email or WhatsApp. Once you have paid, the owner will send you check in instructions, which includes the exact location, how to use the keypads, the codes needed, and photo/video help.
The Room:
We stayed in Studio 3, which had nearly everything we needed for our stay. In the main room, there is a double bed, a single bed, bedside tables, a TV, clothes rack, fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle, plenty of plug sockets and crockery. In the bathroom, there is a shower, toilet, sink and mirror. The shower did have a shower gel pump on the wall, and there was hand wash provided by the sink. When we arrived, the studio and bathroom were extremely clean and towels were provided.
Improvements:
1. Pillows - we only had one thin pillow each, so a few more would be greatly appreciated for a better night’s sleep.
2. Bathroom - although shower gel and hand wash were provided, some more basic toiletries (eg: toothpaste, feminine hygiene, etc) would be great.
3. Blinds - these let in quite a lot of light in the morning, which was fine with us as we had to get up early, but some more effective blinds would be an appreciated addition.
If I ever visit Alexandra Palace or Wood Green for an event again, I would book to stay at Centra Station.

Nice rooms. Very difficult access. It's not a hotel

It's a newly refurbished studio apartment. To be clear it's not a hotel. There is no reception. Access is via a key code system, which seems to not work correctly at times. Other guests noticed this
It's actually located inside a non operating pub
