Terrible

Disgusting. Basement. Puddle. Water was dripping from the ceiling. Mattress stained with blood. Window facing the trash. Broken shower tray.

The room was shabby, the fridge door was rusty, spokes were missing from the stair railings. Paintwork was chipped and marked. Water marks on the ceiling from the room above. The window was unsafe. It opens right into the room. You couldn't safely bring a child here as it is a first floor room with quite a drop.
The linen was fresh and clean. Entry to the building and room were easy to use. Tube links were brilliant, only a 2 minute walk. There is a supermarket, Starbucks and take out places such as McDonald's and KFC in the same area too.

It was horrible. They gave me a basement room

Upon opening the door of the accommodation we were immediately struck with a very unpleasant smell. Although the room appeared clean, the smell remaines in the room throughout our stay (1 night). The room was also very small for 3 guests and felt very cramped.
