Great find

Great place to stay. Spacious apartment in a fab location. Good access to tube station. We had everything we needed and reception staff very accommodating. We will definitely book again when returning to London

DO NOT STAY HERE

DO NOT STAY HERE! The pictures on the website are not at all what the rooms actually look like. The “fast” WiFi doesn’t even work most of the time. The shower is tiny and has water pressure worse than a sink. On top of that the shower and toilet leaked and flooded the bathroom. The beds are tiny and you can feel every spring. There is no over head fan or AC and the windows are locked so there is no airflow and the rooms get extremely hot. Everything is extremely outdated as well. The staff was very unorganized.

I don't recommend it.

The Good: the location and the staff...the bad: we were in the 17th and little q see with.the photos... No one told us that there was scaffolding on both facades and you could not even open the door to the balcony, works opposite with all their noises. Plus a whole day to try and dry a laundry machine... They changed our clothes in 4 dryers and not one, we came back with wet clothes... I don't recommend it...

Really good clean tidy place

Really good. The only thing making it a 4 and not a 5 was the shower leaking. We had a 3 bed room and it was safe, secure, clean and tidy. The lounge, kitchen and bathroom was shared with one other room, but we never saw the other people. Most the reviews on here are old, so be assured its very nice and a good safe location too.

Great location but..

Apartments are greatly located just 7 -10 minutes walk metro stations. Location is just next to very nice park with great cafe for morning breakfast. There is plenty of restaurants near buy and only 15 minutes walk to Soho or Covent garden for amazing atmosphere and foods. Pictures of apartment and reality are two different things. Those apartments used to be for student living and stayed since then. Even furniture is old and bed are very noisy. Sofas are very old, not comfy at all. Mattress and covers are great and very comfy. Service for apartments was good and very helpful. One thing which might be a suggestion or help to have a bell on the door as not everyone has mobile to call number. But as we were just sleeping there it was ok.
