Very easy acres to train station and theatre

Basic hotel dark furnishings rooms can overlook train station so noisey ! Rooms were so hot yes they have a fab but the plugs are under the telly so if you wanted switch it off you would have to keep going in and out of bed

If anybody is visiting Liverpool this is a great hotel breakfast was lovely very reasonable price not like the more expensive why pay more when you get a clean bed good food what more could you ask for

Receptionist was very friendly, easy fast check in . Room clean and had a very useful fan in the room .bonus is it has a bath and a shower but it is a bit of a step up . Have been to this hotel many times as I feel its good value for money and you get free parking

Convenient to the TRain Station and Downtown Liverpool

The Liner Hotel is a multi-story hotel adjacent to the Lime Street railroad station in Liverpool. It was perfect for us as we were arriving and departing by train and reduced the need for a long walk with luggage. This location was 5-10 minute walk to the entertainment district and 15 minute minutes to the riverfront, making it very convenient to tour the city. The property was renovated in the last several years to an “ocean liner” motif. The room was clean. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning at this property and the 80 deg F / 27 deg C temperatures in July were uncomfortable where we were on the 5th floor. The window only opened 2 inches, which did not allow much fresh air to come in. For a 1-night stay, the room was adequate.

The room was a little dated but clean and tidy. Problem was the heat...the room was roasting hot, probably high 20s. They had provided a large fan in the room which helped, but it sounded like a aircraft taking off. Given most of the rooms have big glass windows fully exposed to the sun, they are going to have to invest in AC. I wouldn't stay again in the summer, just too hot in the room. Amenities and the food were good though.
