Linsey was a game changer
Had no communication from the company where I was staying.
On arrival approx 7pm, I had no code to get in to the building.
Contact Expedia, eventually passed through to a person from the company.
The excellent - during this Linsey & her brother turned up. She was brilliant sorted everything out, providing codes for the key box, room.
Also very friendly nothing was too much trouble.
Later came back with wiffi codes.
If she is like this with all your guests, she need a pay rise.
The accommodation - for my needs going to the Liverpool game the next day was ideal.
It was clean & tidy, everything worked as expected and slept well.
Would I stay here again - YES
Couple of suggestions -
1, Your information card is out of date.
- needs wiffi information on it.
- where to leave reviews
- Everton have moved
2 - not sure you can do anything about it, room 3 emergency light, had a green light on all night, which if possible needs turning off. Could be annoying for other guests.

I booked the standard apartment (they mentioned they have private bathroom in the listing) after went there they told that there is no private bathrooms.
