Novotel great stay!
Hotels clean, Staff are friendly and the rooms are smart & fresh. The breakfast area is great with a good variety available

Weekend visit
We had such a great experience thanks to Augustine at the Novotel. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming and service-minded, and went out of his way to help us with all our questions. He also gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants and made everything feel easy and personal.
A real credit to the hotel — thank you, Augustine, for taking such good care of us!

Stayed on numerous occasions now and always my preferred hotel option when staying in Leicester
Staff are wonderful and helpful, cleaners do a great job, quiet rooms, nice facilities and a well maintained building in general

A really nice hotel with good parking, not so good if it was raining as you have to walk, the Hotel is lovely and the restaurant served some really nice food , although breakfast wasn't very good at all, stewed beans, no tinned tomatoes and the coffee cups were tiny, being charged £14 was excessive, restaurant food was delicious but a little too expensive

Best hotel in Leicester
I stay at the Novotel Leicester frequently and it is my preferred hotel when I am visiting Leicester. The staff are exemplary. Over the past two weeks I have had a frictionless welcome in reception from Stacy, Pratik and Ammol and the usual high value customer service from the team in the restaurant; Indi, Adam, Luke and Rhian to name a few.
In addition to the warmest of welcomes are comfortable beds, quiet (must be soundproofed) rooms, great menu and plentiful buffet breakfast. They will always whip you up an omelette if you ask them, too.
Location is very central to all shops, restaurants and cinema; has car park and is a 15 min walk from the train station.
I genuinely cannot fault this hotel and It’s team and this is why I am leaving the review, as I am.
