Night away to chill.

What a fantastic hidden gem, came across this hotel on booking.com, called and booked direct, absolutely spotless, room was fab, food was amazing, we will definitely book again, and please note, Susan is an absolute asset to this hotel, her amazing smile and personality shines through.

Underwhelming - Avoid Room 17

Whilst the hotel is beautiful, rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful, we were very disappointed with the size of the box room which we were given (Room 17) as it was far too small for two people to share and is most certainly not worth the £105 per night that I was scandalously charged. The room only has one very small window but staff provided us with a large electric fan which was much needed as we stayed here during a heatwave. Breakfast was excellent on both mornings but the food served during evening meal was very poor to say the least. Bland and overpriced. So we went elsewhere for something to eat on the second night of our stay. Next time we visit Kirkcaldy we will most likely stay here again but will avoid room 17 and will certainly be going somewhere else for our evening meal.

Weekend away to see family, great hotel to stay in

Amazing and friendly staff. Delicious food and great prices, recommend the steak pie! Definitely would go back again!

What a cracking place
The staff are amazing especially the lady that booked us in and served our dinner she is a credit to the place

Fantastic Hotel

Lovely Hotel, great friendly staff, ate in the restaurant & had the Steak Pie, delicious!
