You won’t be disappointed

We stayed after a long day at West Midland Safari Park and I would go as far as saying it was the best premier inn we have stayed in.
The rooms have air conditioning but when we entered the room we also had a fan to use if needed which was great with the warmer weather we are having.
We booked 4 family rooms (and they were by far the biggest family we have had)
for our visit and all went for breakfast together in the morning, Tracie the lovely breakfast staff member went above and beyond to serve us all together by cooking more food before we all ate. Lovely chatty lady with fab customer service. 5 star from all of us, she deserves a bonus
We would go out of our way to stay again

Lovely stay and great breakfast

Had a lovely stay after a day out in Stourport. Had a family room which was a very good size. Nice exposed brick interior inside the hotel.
Hotel is on a retail park so quite a few bits nearby
Breakfast was lovely, a big shout out to chef Tracey, food was very lovely, sausage and black pudding was very nice. All staff were good
A great stay, we’ll likely be back

Nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to help me.

Superb location and excellent food

Excellent location. Car park not owned by Premier Inn but easy to use and pay with plenty of spaces. Food was excellent and breakfast was lovely - buffet style but plenty of choice and eggs cooked fresh to order with food cooked in smaller batches to stay fresh and hot (best Premier Inn breakfast we have experienced). Food in the evening on the meal deal was all excellent, hot and generous portion sizes. Another staff member is really required during the evening dinner service as one man (John) had to check guests in whilst taking orders and serving tables which is not ideal but he was polite, friendly and hard working - but Premier Inn bosses need to look at this (only reason we couldn't give 5 stars unfortunately). But praise to the staff, especially John and also the breakfast chef who all clearly care about what they do.

Pleasant stay

Pleasant stay, room was clean and tidy, nice walk-in shower. Took a quick reminder that the reception and restaurant is on the top floor, currently only 1 lift working. Food was good.
