A good nights sleep

Stayed on a Saturday night while working in the area. Good Location with plenty of food outlets within a few minutes walk.
Reception staff friendly & helpful.
I had a nice room. It was clean, comfortable & spacious. I had a good sleep.
The shower was hot & powerful.
Free car parking.
Would i stay again? YES.

Clean, spacious toilets.
Only downside were stained sofa and chair.

Wonderful friendly staff and the welcome we were given was amazing. The hotel room was a little tired - frayed carpet going into the bathroom could be a trip hazard.
One thing to note is there are lots of stairs if you are in one of the rooms designated 400 so if carrying a case get a lower floor room. We were offered a ground floor room by the lovely receptionist but as I have bad asthma and these are the rooms dogs are allowed in I couldn’t risk it.
A nice hotel in the heart of the shops and we would stay again. It’s a repurposed premier inn so a very similar vibe.

Great value, very friendly and helpful staff, super clean and in a location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Will definitely stay again if in area.

Convenient, comfortable and clean. A good reasonably priced breakfast and the staff were so pleasant. It is very well placed for buses into Birmingham (about 40 minutes every 10 minutes).
