Wonderful experience in a beautiful Manor House

Our room was very comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was self serve cereals fruit yogurt etc and hot food was cooked to order. No problem changing items or reasonable off menu requests.
A comfortable parlour was available to sit in.
WiFi wasn’t great but adequate for emails and messaging. Mobile data in the whole area is hit and miss, but that’s not surprising given the terrain.
All in all a great spot and we’d come back!

Peak District Hidden Gem
Our suite was beautiful, in keeping with the rest of this magnificent Georgian manor. There was a wide selection of breakfast options including full English which we enjoyed immensely.
Our host was warm, friendly and made us feel extremely welcome during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble.
We would highly recommend Park Hall Manor, especially if looking for somewhere to stay with a wow factor. Hope to return.

Luxury in the peaks!
The house has been restored beautifully, with impeccable attention to detail and everything thoughtfully in keeping with the age and character of the property. The drawing room was incredible, offering a huge selection of DVDs, games and books about the local area. I only wish we’d had more time to sit and read them! The sofas were wonderfully cosy, and even the carpets felt sumptuous and homely underfoot.
We stayed in the twin room on the top floor, which honestly felt more like an executive suite. There was plenty of space for our bags, room to spread out maps and even enough space for some morning Pilates! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the duvets were the perfect thickness, even in the heatwave. We both slept like logs.
Nothing had been overlooked in the room. Everything you could possibly need was provided, from fresh and instant coffee and a selection of teas to a mini fridge. There were also biscuits and hot chocolate available in the lounge, along with lovely bathroom products, vanity kits and even a magnifying mirror. It really was perfect.
Our host, Philip, was super chatty, friendly and welcoming, I only wish we’d had more time to spend with him. He also made sure the breakfasts were absolutely top-notch and delicious, catering even for the pesky vegan among us!
We can’t wait to come back again soon. A truly wonderful stay in a beautiful house, highly recommended!
