Excellent stay

Six of us stayed here for our trip on the (excellent) Keighley and Worth Valley Railway and our stay was superb throughout. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and well appointed rooms, very good food and top notch drinks. Could not be better!
I am always very cautious about naming any individuals for fear of forgetting someone but all the staff, without exception were very good, professional and friendly. Worthy of special note are Rai, Nichola, Gabriel, Maya, Keira and Jake, who, together with all their colleagues made our stay so very comfortable.

Terrible Experience!!!

Terrible experience - firstly asked for white americano coffee & got it black, asked for water with lemon, just got water.
Ordered Fudge sundae & after a few spoonfuls found NO FUDGE asked staff & they asked chef & we were informed that they had run out of fudge I would NOT have chosen this dessert if they would have had the courtesy of telling us !!!
They knocked £1.00 off our bill - WILL NOT BE GOIMG BACK.
Whatever you order ask if they have the full ingredients first !!!

Enjoyed my stay!

I spent three nights at The Fleece. Even though I opted for a single room, the room was spacious and the bathroom was nice. As a solo traveler, I was very comfortable here. The Fleece is conveniently located. The staff was very kind and friendly. The pub was just what you want in a pub. I’m sure I’d be there often if I lived nearby.

Cute village pub

We visited today from Leeds . We really the vibe of the pub. Really friendly village pub. Great drinks selection. We didn’t eat the we overheard someone say to her friend the food was nice

Shocking Service

I can’t speak for every member of staff at the fleece but 2 members of staff spoke to us very unprofessionally.
As a group of 6 people sat at a table for 4 for drinks, we asked if we could borrow a seat from another table that only had 2 people on. When we were moving the chair over, we were shouted at by a member of staff advising that table needs it when it in fact didn’t.
We are locals and will not be returning as have never been treat so poorly. Very disappointing.
