Disappointing
There was some good points, the reception staff were friendly but hard to hear what was being said as the music in the restaurant was very loud with a DJ on which made hearing what being said about our stay difficult!
Our room was a great size and we really appreciated the big picture windows and room size! We would say the room was starting to look a bit tired! The shower was not very clean looking and the furniture was all chipped and bedside stands didn’t look clean! The carpet was stained! Cracked and wobbly tiles in the bathroom. Some of the small details lacked a bit with paint on the coat hooks and chips on the walls! The room amenities was ok but no plug close to the kettle tray so having to use the bedside unit to use the kettle!
The hall ways were ok but other guests had left litter behind them and what was odd was staff kept walking past the mess and didn’t tidy it up!
We had the unfortunate to have dinner in the restaurant and it was awful! Both meals came out stone cold! Was taken back and redone but after being in the restaurant for 20 minutes before even being offered a drink, if i didn’t have a credit we would have walked out! The staff walked past us and many others time after time and nobody seemed to know what they were to be doing!
We thought breakfast would be better but no it wasn’t ordered poached eggs which we never got, we could hear the chef ring the bell for service but 15 mins past and still nobody served the eggs! We just never got them! Staff wandering about aimlessly throughout breakfast and some too busy trying to make special coffee’s etc! The whole eating part of our stay in the main restaurant was a complete nightmare! Very poorly managed!
The only saving grace was the Sky bar this was our second visit and this was a nice area for a drink and view!
I don’t believe we would stay again! It is not good value for money and with many new hotels around Radisson Red you could do better!

Paid for upgrade to suite. Room wasn’t a suite. Phoned reception to be told no suites available. Had to request refund 3 times.
Mould in bathroom.
Breakfast was lovely.

Always constant and good
Great location if you have a car and want access to Glasgow. Funky rooms, functional, clean and safe.
Would we stay here again? Indeed for the 4th next time!
