I had 6 nights stay here. Location is very convenient. It is few steps from the train station, restaurants, and grocery stores.
The only issue i had was the daily cleaning service sometimes didnt do their job well.
Also be aware of your reservation details about the free breakfast as it is not always included.

Nice location, just 2 minutes away from train station. Air conditioning is comfortable. Room is clean. Corridor is quiet. The breakfast is not bad.

Great hotel next to the central station , room well designed, clean , quiet, functional A/C , shower water flow could be better ( stronger )

Can't make a booking - can't enter my payment details.
I am trying to book two rooms, flexible rate. I get to the final stage of the booking and enter my credit card details, click on Guarantee and nothing happens. Zilch. I have tried several times, tried refreshing the screen. I get a "Oops problems loading the payment gateway" page. I've spent the last hour working out where we are going to stay, I thought I'd nailed it with Radisson and now this.
Surely a chain the size of Radisson should be on top of this? How can any hotel survive if it's impossible to complete a booking on their own website? Utterly atrocious, Radisson you should be much much better than this, it isn't rocket science.

Excellent One Night Stay
Flying one night visit, everything was excellent - location, staff, room, food. Just across the road from Central Railway Station was perfect for us. Special mention to the young lady on reception who kindly offered advice on where to go if not staying in the hotel for dinner. We had a 20% food voucher so ate in the hotel anyway. We Premium Room we had booked was ideal, plenty of room, shame we were only staying one night, will definitely stay here again on our next visit when we have more time. Not impacted at all by the city regeneration works outside.
