Appalling accommodation for price !!
We were extremely disappointed by the standard of the accommodation and not at all representative of your advert and photos.
Not really sure where to start.
All of the rooms had dirty marks and goodness knows what splashed on the walls. It was disgusting.
Both showers had excessive mould all over and one of them had tiles falling off the walls. The mirror was missing from the en-suite, the bin was smashed and there was no toilet roll.
The bedrooms were dirty, wallpaper falling off, damaged headboards and old damage furniture. One of the bedrooms had a damaged window handle and it wouldn't open.
The lounge had broken light bulbs and the smoke alarm had been removed from the hall. (Extremely dangerous !!)
The kitchen floor was a mess and damaged, the fridge was dirty, there was only 2 forks, only enough plates and bowls for 4 people. This is supposed to accommodate 6 people.
This accommodation cost me £450 for 1 night and was simply awful and spoilt our whole weekend.
It's not as advertised, in an extremely poor state of repair and does not have sufficient equipment.

Hideously bad
None of the windows in the living room were functioning, one couldn't close and was hanging off the hinges and the other two, including the patio door were broken and could not open.
On the patio there was a dead, decomposing bird and the seats were absolutely covered in bird jobbies.
The electricity sockets were dirty and the thermostat was hanging off the wall.
The floors were dirty, in particular in the toilet areas where there were pubic hairs (not ours) visible as though the floor had not been cleaned.
There were tiles coming off the shower and insulation showing through a large hole in the bathroom ceiling.
The reality was absolutely nothing like the photos being used on to advertise this property and I would not use these apartments again for free never mind paying £100 per night.
Both my partner and I could not wait to get home in the morning and have a shower as we felt disgusting having spent a night there. Thankfully the bed sheets and towels seemed to be clean otherwise we would have refused to stay and demanded our money back there and then.

Disappointing stay
The apartment was a great size with a fantastic view - it was on 5th floor room 17.
Sadly it is in need of major renovations - as noted with other rooms the walls are disgusting - i hate to think what that is on them...the showers are broken and water jetting everywhere. Bedside cupboard had a drawer hanging off with sharp nails sticking out...mould on the window seal....heavily stained carpets
some serious money needs spent on this place and fast.....there was a party going on the room above or below which went on into the early hours....sadly this will be a one off stay for us.

Unsatisfactory
- Front room window was broke so could not open
- Balcony door had no door handle so could not open
- Bath and shower were ice cold after 2 mins running
- Lift broke so could not get to bins in the basement, staff offered no alternative information or guidance
