A good nights rest

Very nice staff and amazing hotel, beds super comfy and air con is a massive win in this heat with a baby and 2 older kids in tow

Stay away from the food

Hotel was fine, quite comfortable ... Tho you couldn't open the window for fresh air and it was on the ground floor. Worst was the food at the brewers fayre was disgusting...mashed potato should not be grey.

Car parking fine !

Poor rating based on no warning of fire alarm test which caused my autistic son to run into door frame in fear and injure himself. Staff had 'forgotten' to put notice in foyer. 1st premier Inn I have ever been in that has not pre warned guests. Hopefully staff will ensure it doesn't happen again. To add salt to wounds, I've received car parking fine today even though my car registration was booked for the duration of stay, and I'd left by 9am on check out day so was not an over stay either. 1st time I've ever had either issue -

Excellent hotel and helpful staff

Very nice hotel in a quiet area. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. The staff were very helpful and efficient on checking us in and during our two day stay.
The meals at the adjacent Brewers Fayre were perfect especially the freshly cooked breakfast that was served at our table.

Smelly, noisy and uncomfortable

Room smelt of damp, bed was uncomfortable, constant noise of footsteps from the room above all through the night. Dinner was very poor quality, cooked breakfast pretty good, pancakes were rubbish.
