This hotel is a little dated on the outside but we were pleasantly surprised by the clean and newly refurbished interior. Comfortable beds, linens, clean bathrooms, and a hearty breakfast at the adjacent restaurant.

It was a nice place to stay, with lovely and welcoming receptionists and restaurant personnel. There is free parking and a charging station for electric cars.
The only issue is the WIFI that is unstable and not strong enough to use.
If you have personal mobile data or you don’t really need high speed WIFI, then I recommend this hotel. It’s a great place to stay.

Fantastic stay

Fantastic stay.
Everyone was very friendly and nothing was to much trouble .
This is one of the best Premier Inn we have stayed at .
The room was exceptionally clean and had extra water and coffee pods when we asked .
Just one thing that has nothing to do with the staff .
It would be nice to have a wardrobe in the room . 6 hangers aren't really enough if your staying more than 2 night

Awful WiFi in today's modern world!

As a frequent business traveller I have to use the WIFI......dont even bother!....I wish Premier inn would sort this issue out in today's modern world. You shouldn't have to pay. And if you do its still awful

Fantastic

We attended a wedding at the landmark hotel and decided to stay nearby and so glad we did. Kenny, who we dealt with at the Dundee west premiere inn was brilliant and very attentive. He was brilliant. So friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again. The room was so comfortable and clean. Throughly enjoyed our stay
