Really good hotel let down by breakfast!!

Good location, atmosphere and rooms.. the only fault was a really terrible breakfast !.. every morning so not a one off! … and really disappointing..cold buffet, not refilling , no bread … only 1 coffee machine working so huge queues.. not even checking condiments( salt and pepper!).. ran out of basics all the time and ages to replace .. really horrible things like Jam/marmelade out of the ( not very clean ) jar .. no honey/marmite etc ie options!!… such a shame !

The hotel did not have a room for us. We tried to check in at 3:45p and were told that they did not have any space for us. We booked this room a month in advance. They could not give us a reason as to why our room was not available. The hotel ended up sending us to a different hotel, which did not have on-site parking. Major disappointment and inconvenience. Do not recommend booking here.

rooms fully air-conditioned, the room was clean, breakfast was good but they don't tell you that you can order eggs vegetarian sausages and other items from the kitchen, also they take a £50 deposit at check in where other hotels don't they just use a card for security; but all in all a nice hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff

Great hotel, walking distance to some good restaurants. Parking is limited and you have to pay for the spot. Overall, clean and comfortable room and nice hotel.
