Clean, comfortable, low cost accommodations

Clean, comfortable, secure and accessible. Common kitchen area, dining table, and sofa. Well managed and cleaned regularly. Washer and dryer accessible and free, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer as well. Responsive management. Low cost but good value. Good for long or short term stay. Located on a fairly busy roundabout, with ambulances with sirens most of the day, but quiet at night. Handy food co-op right across the street. Easy 10 minute cab or Uber ride to the City Center and University. Very happy I booked it.

Cambridge Studios Tas account was hacked. We got scammed.

We made booking via booking.com and the Cambridge Studios Tas "booking.com" account was hacked and we got scammed £600. We contacted Cambridge Studios, they said they were aware of the scammed but didn't bother telling their customer! No need to say that we are furious, we reported the scammed to the police. Be aware if you make a booking to that place via booking.com

Rural location but very good bus connection

The room is small and there is no TV, but it didn't bother us, but there is a
large window so you could look directly out of the window from the bed and that was fun too! Table with a chair and a cupboard.
Bathroom with shower and toilet, not old and not too small!
Kitchen very good for all residents!!

Non-existent customer service

An entire scam. Do not use! I booked late at night, they were happy to take my money but their instructions were incorrect and I was unable to access the property. They refuse to refund me. Do not use them. I applied for a refund via booking.com who advised me that this crowd refused my refund in the basis that they had other accommodation available. But how are you meant to know this? Ridiculous.

It was very disappointing and the customer service was really poor.

It Was very Disappointing and the Customer Service Was Awful
When I made the booking I clicked on the photo of a studio room and the same photo was in my confirmation email so that is the room I thought I had booked. Unfortunately, this was not the case. When I arrived, it was pointed out that I had booked a large double room and that the photo of the studio room was a generic photo used for all confirmation emails. Apart from the fact that it is not necessary to include a photo of a room in the confirmation email, the fact that it was a photo of a different room than the one I thought I had booked, is misleading.
Diren did not agree and instead he was rude, insisting that it was not misleading and that he was going to come to the room and show me that the room I had was the room I had booked. Really?!
I took a lot of care making the booking to ensure the room I had booked included a kitchenette and that is what I thought I had. I would have been happy to pay extra to have a bigger room yet I ended up with a room that I did not want and was uncomfortable to stay in. He did not address how unhappy I was nor did he take any responsibility that the photo and information were misleading - the room we stayed in was not a large double room (see attached photo).
What an awful company. There are plenty of great hotels closer to the centre of town so I'd definitely avoid this one!
