Great staff and breakfast, but avoid ground-floor rooms

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. There is also a very good restaurant opposite the hotel, and the price was good for what we paid.
Unfortunately, the room we were given was on the ground floor and was very dark, with hardly any natural light. To make matters worse, some of the lights inside the room were not working. We reported the issue, but unfortunately nothing was done about it during our stay.
Overall, it was a good experience, but if you stay here, I would recommend asking for a room that is not on the ground floor, as those rooms can be really dark.

Jen the Gem!

Went with a couple of friends....a motorbike trip....and stayed for 1 night, 9th August. The stand-out aspect of this brief stay was the friendliness of the reception staff. The customer service was second to non, they were lovely.....and a special thank you to the lovely Jen, with her infectious personality and wonderful smile, she is a credit to the hotel.

Happy to visit again!

My sister & I stayed a night as we were at cinema.
Our double room was very comfortable and clean. The reception staff were attentive and friendly. We had a very comfortable stay . I would definitely recommend this Premier Inn .

Short story

Clean rooms, and helpful staff, with local bars and restaurants close by.
Castle is worth a visit as well Betty's cafe.
Perfect location for Snowden and other attractions

Brilliant staff, great location.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The Premier Inn is in a good location. Paid parking just across the road. 5 minute walk to Caernafon town centre.
