On arrival we had our parking space reserved with my name on it which was excellent. We were greeted by the team who were so very friendly and welcoming. They prepared tea and cake whilst we ran through the arrival papers. Then we were taken to our room which was just what we had hoped for. It was very quiet with a balcony and four poster bed!
The hotel was situated within a few minutes walk from the town and its pubs, restaurants and cafes it was perfect.
Breakfast in the morning was great, a good choice and served with a smile and a chat!
All told it was a lovely place to stay and all being well we will be back there before too long!!

Really enjoyed our stay. Good position for village shops. Great having asigned parking. Welcome tea & cake was a lovely touch but woukd have preferred biscuits pn the hospitality tray in the room.
I would tecommend and stay again

Excellent location

This was our second visit. The staff are very friendly and always helpful with ideas of where to visit. It is in an ideal location for exploring the New Forest. Breakfast was excellent again.

Exceptional Hotel and restaurant

Wonderful, stay again . The Room was fantastic, and very clean, toiletries were exceptional .The small private patio area was perfect in this hot weather , and all the staff were extremely helpful and polite . Nice touch on arrival tea and cake. Great breakfast menu, covers all choices, including full cooked English . Dedicated, (Birthday surprise comment) on the parking bay, Great location in village , and good local amenities. The birthday surprises were a really nice touch
White Tails restaurant, situated within the hotel, was a fantastic experience , used every evening of our stay, and the food was delicious and wholesome and the host Ramsay, was superb. we have booked for another visit in October , cant wait until that day arrives

Cottage Lodge a gem in the New Forest

Ideally located in Brockenhurst with easy access to the rest of the New Forest. We have stayed there at least 4 times. The whole hotel is spotless and the breakfast menu is extensive. The staff are lovely and very informative about the local area. Can’t wait to return.
