Another lovely Hotel du Vin experience

We booked 3 rooms and parking for our son’s graduation. Fantastic location, handy parking and AMAZING rooms. So clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, and although my son has an allergy, they catered for him and were very helpful and polite.
I like the fact that even tho it’s in a very urban place, there’s a nice courtyard and reception area, a comfy bar, and generally a lovely old building converted sympathetically.
It’s not a cheap place to stay, but definitely worth a bit extra to feel so comfy and welcomed.

Absolutely delicious!

I bought the afternoon tea voucher through Wowcher. A really lovely setting. Service was superb. Staff were lovely and talked us through all the different cakes and savouries. The afternoon tea was Wow! Absolutely delicious! Full of flavour and beautifully fresh. The scones were warm. There's also a choice of different teas. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Perfect stay for graduation celebrations

Hotel central to amenities and just a short taxi ride from train station.
Hotel staff attentive, nothing was too much trouble & very polite. Atmosphere very relaxed on walking into hotel, not too loud or busy with varied seating areas indoors & outside.
Deluxe room air conditioned room was perfect for our staff. Comfy super king bed with plush pillows. Room very clean, uncluttered and spacious with nespresso machine, hairdryer and ironing board.
Bathroom and waterfall shower fresh & clean with quality l’occitane skincare, robe and slippers.
Breakfast was varied and tasty sourced locally and good quality. Did not feel rushed which was important.
A bit more pricey compared to other hotels nearby but a more comfortable, enjoyable experience as hotel not huge!
Can’t wait to visit again

Great workshop venue

We held a few workshops here recently. The rooms were really comfortable temperature wise despite it being incredibly hot outside. IT systems seemed to work well and the room was spacious. The food and snacks is put on each day were fantastic and I particularly liked the breakfast fruits and yoghurts. Everything was really well made. It shows the attention to detail when over the course of a couple of days there was limited need to interact with staff because everything was operational, but when we did they were helpful and kind. A great venue for a workshop and located in the heart of Bristol, so very convenient too.
