Excellent stay

Utterly charming, well appointed hotel with a large terrace over looking the gorge that gives one a breath-taking views of the Clifton Suspension Bridge, one of Bristol's most iconic landmarks. The Clifton Bar off the lobby is a splendid way to enjoy one's evening. A couple of delightful lads, Josh and Connor were kind and gracious, attending to our every need.
We had a very good meal at the elegant Goram & Vincent restaurant.
It is centrally located, within walking distance for shops, a variety of bistros and boutiques.
My wife and I are on a month-long holiday and Bristol was our second stop. Doesn't get any better.

Anniversary sleepover

What a treat! Have always wanted to experience this hotel and it DIDN’T disappoint.
Check in was smooth, dinner on the patio overlooking the bridge perfect and Joshua mixed me the BEST espresso martini I’ve ever tasted. Spot on!!

Stayed here with my daughter for one night stay. The staff were extremely helpful and the place runs like clockwork. Stunning views over Clifton Bridge from Patio Bar. A beautiful location outside the centre of town. Far and away the best place to stay in Bristol - will be back!

We had a wonderful stay for our ten year wedding anniversary!
Staff were friendly and attentive. We absolutely loved the view for breakfast! The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection to choose from.

Ferg was mint, thanks for the great service. You’re an asset to the org, wahey. Me and my girlfriend had a great time and K.B from the pub was friendly and helpful as well, cheers lad. Claudia accommodated my order by suggesting something that’d work with what I was after. Great team, great service, great view at least to accommodate the fact that I watched spurs lose on my phone. Big up the Vin
