Excellent great value B&B

An outstanding bed and breakfast establishment adjacent to the beachfront. Our room was not only spacious and comfortable but it was the little unexpected touches and attention to detail which underpinned the thoughtfulness of the owners. Breakfast was excellent and the whole ambience was warm and welcoming and resulted in an extremely enjoyable four night stay. We will certainly return there the next time we are in the Brighton area. Hats off to Richard and Simon.

Best bed and breakfast! Highly recommended.

So cozy and nice! Fresh and perfectly decorated. So personal and so friendly owner only 8 rooms.Everything done with great finesse.
Best breakfast in a long time. Various hot dishes are served on the table.

The rooms were spacious and well stocked. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast, as always, it's something I look forward to when I go to Brighton and stay here. Simon and Richard, both hosts are extremely welcoming and make you feel comfortable and are always available if you need anything. Once again, this is a place that I visited before and will definitely visit again.

Brilliant Stay...... As Always

We always stay at Brightonwave....what is there not to love? This was our 3rd stay in different rooms everytime and all of them have been brilliant rooms which had everything you need and we're also immaculately clean. Richard and Simon are lovely hosts who go above and beyond in making you feel welcome and the breakfasts are definitely award winning.

A lovely find only 6 rooms. One of the nicest places we've stayed in. Greeted by one of the owners who showed us to our room. This was a super king on the 3rd floor. The only downside was 48 stairs to get there, as no lift. It wasn't an issue for us. Very spacious room, ensuite, sofa, small table and 2 armchairs, fridge with water, TV, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, Dyson fan, also really good adjustable air con. A little touch I loved was a bowl with fun sized chocolate bars! Biscuits and fruit were also available from the breakfast room throughout the day.
Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice. Cereals, yogurts, fresh juices, hot food cooked to order and all good quality.
Highly recommend a stay here.
