Amazing

Needed a couple of nights away so booked here. Staff are amazing had issues with transport and were due to arrive way after check in time. They put our keys in a safe for us. Location was great. Amazing value for money. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Amazing value for money! We could not believe how nice it was considering such a low price!! Defo be beck after Christmas. We enjoyed our stay here

UNCLEAN UNCLEAN

The filthiest place i have ever stayed in. The shower head is growing stuff, i feel like i would come out dirtier comkng out then going in it. There is a think layer of dust everywhere. The remote for the tv is so dirty I don't want to touch it. I would stay in another hotel if I could afford to, I don't expect to pay 3 star prices and get a 5 star room but come on ! Being clean is the bare minimum.

Avoid at all cost

Stayed here for one night as was visiting family as a last minute break on a bank holiday. Hands down the worst place we have ever stayed!!! Pillows absolutely filthy, there was pubic hair in the beds that clearly wasn’t changed before check in! The smell was horrendous and if you have white socks on then best not to walk on the floor as they will not remain white! When confronting the staff via message we was accused of trying to scam the hotel. If I was not 130 miles from home then there was no way I would have stayed. Even my kids wouldn’t sleep in the beds and laid on top of there beds using there towels they brought with them!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

I would not stay there again even if they paid me

Worst stay of my life.
It’s a council level housing. Old and grabby. Dirty walls, tiny rooms, shower that was probably made in 1 day where you can’t turn around, no shower gel, no kettle and the worst of all- noises. Laminate everywhere so they don’t have to clean it but it means you can hear every noice.
All rooms open to a echoey hallway. You won’t sleep until last person goes to sleep! For me it was 2am. Had 5 hours of sleep. Cried at night because of desperation.
And now paid £70!!! I had better offers and I chose this sh*te! Such a fool!
I would not stay there again even if they paid me

absolutely vile

stayed here in 2019 october, only writing this review because it's just as disgusting as the it was 5 years ago. if you're going to run a hotel, don't get mad at guests when they point of your rudeness and uncleanliness (especially when the photos talk for themselves). shocked to see you're still in business. you could not pay me to spend the night here. avoid avoid avoid (as everyone else has said) :)
