Successful family stay.

As a repeat customer with my family we were not disappointed. They can’t do enough for you. The apartment is clean, with the amenities you need for home comforts. Very close to all attractions but not noisy at all for a good nights sleep.

A fantastic stay!

We had a fantastic 4 night stay in The Coastal Retreat at Luminous Suites. Jess and Kevin are wonderful hosts and were so helpful during our stay. There was 3 of us staying and plenty room in the apartment for us all. Everything was lovely and clean on arrival and the beds made up for us so we were able to start our holiday straight away! There was a washer/dryer in the apartment too which was a great help - next time we won't need to take so much with us! The kitchen was well equipped so great for making meals and snacks. The apartment is in a great location, a 5 minute walk to Central Pier, and to Coral Island and the town centre. There is a Tesco Express just along the road on Central Drive too, and a handy corner shop just beside the apartments. Our son who is 11 is autistic (and can have difficulties with communicating), and Jess and Kevin just "got" him straight away, they showed great understanding with him. Roll on next year so we can go back again!

A great second stay at Luminous Suites!

This is the second time we have stayed at Luminous Suites. The host Jess is so attentive. We arrived early and asked if we could just park our car. We were told we could actually check in early as our suite was ready. She also helped us with our luggage - nothing was too much trouble. There was a plater of fresh fruit as we arrived. We booked the same suite as last year and it was again everything we needed for our family of four. The suites are in a great location - a short walk away from the beach, central pier and the tower. Will definitely return!

A perfect location for our short visit!

Jessica is a fabulous host and nothing was too much trouble. The studios inside were great and suited our needs perfectly. I even thought I had lost my kindle and she went out of her way to contact the cleaner and get back to me until I finally found it had slipped down in my bag. It’s about a 10 min to the tower - so all quite local.
