Bridal shower
Paulette was very nice, supportive, professional and showed a lot of warmth during the event. Her hospitality was top notch.

Fabulous!
Loved the aircon system, it was easy to operate and swap between ac mode and summer mode when the room got chilly. Also loved the touch screen lighting controls.
The t.v. Reception was okay, but it did keep breaking up while programs were on. As for noise we barely heard a peep from outside from floor 2, but you could easily hear the neighbours next door. We heard someone yelp quite clearly which made us laugh. The beds were amazing! Though a thinner quilt would be a suggestion as 13 tog is hot and heavy. The pillows varied but I found one to my liking amongst those in the room.
There were tea and coffee making facilities, plus complimentary bottles of water in the room as well.
Breakfast was good, plenty of choice in the mornings. The music wasn’t to my taste but it was just for atmosphere.
The staff are lovely, all very friendly and polite. Couldn’t fault any of them. The room didn’t need cleaning but we did ask for an extra toilet roll, which was there when we got back, plus the bed had been straightened up for us as well. Check in and check out were seamless, quick and easy.
The Clayton itself isn’t that far a walk from the bullring and shops, we were out and about a couple of times a day. If you like the tram it stops right out the front of reception.
All in all we’d happily stay at the Clayton again anytime.
