Carmen Rocks at the Grand Central.

My husband and myself were at the Carmen Opera/Dinner last night in your beautiful hotel. What can we say but AMAZING and flawless. The meal was beautiful. The staff second to none. Friendly and efficient. The Hotel Manager was friendly and hospitable. We only live in Lambeg so not far but determined to return soon. Thank you so much for wonderful evening

Carmen Rocks Grand Central

My husband and myself were at the Carmen Opera/Dinner in the Seahorse Restaurant on the evening of Sept 4th .What can we say but AMAZING and flawless. The meal was beautiful and the staff second to none being friendly efficient and attentive The Hotel Manager was friendly and hospitable. We only live in Lambeg so not far but determined to return soon. Thank you so much for wonderful evening

I don’t comprehend how this property is a five star hotel while it has no fitness center and no pool. One main reason we booked it was that it said it has valet. But when we arrived there was no doorman around to ask where to unload. And they said their valet is full, directing us to a self parking 10 minutes away. Again there was no one around to help us with our luggage to our room. Again they said they got overwhelmed. Handing these situations is what separates real 5 star hotels from the ones that are 5 star only on paper.

Not a five star and not worth the money. The room is like any basic hotel room.
The staff at the front desk were very polite.
Day 1 eve: asked the front desk for instant coffee packs. He said they’ll send. No one showed up.
Day 2: arrived back to room at 5ish. Cleaners missed our room. We left and came back in Eve. Room cleaned but no toilet paper.
Very disapppinting.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Central and staff are a credit to this hotel, as made our weekend very special. Would certainly recommend. Thank you to all and much appreciated your hard work, hospitality and nothing too much trouble. Everything just perfect, although would have loved to stay longer. Hope see you all again soon.
