Excellent & amazing staff!

Great little treasure with the most amazing staff & best cocktails especially Kai’s whiskey sours gorgeous breakfast too! Stayed for 2 nights had an excellent stay

This is a hotel to avoid. It is not in a great location, it is clearly overpriced for what you get, and the staff was abysmal. They were completely unhelpful in recommending sites to see in Bath and gave horrendous information about transportation and never answered the phone when we called from the room. It was the worst value of any hotel we stayed at on this trip.

Pleasant setting and great service!

The Roseate Villa in Bath is a really lovely place to stay with very comfortable rooms. It was nice to have the addition of a fan in our room during the heatwave in summer and the hotel’s setting in a garden was very pleasant. We could easily walk into Bath from the hotel. The staff were really welcoming and warm and The Roseate had one of the best breakfast offerings we experienced during our UK visit. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

shocked on the extra parking fees no one told us about, as after paid they charged me £40 to park there, bathrooms and showers small and expensive

Our on-site parking is charged at £20 per night, and we apologise if this was not made sufficiently clear to you prior to your stay. We always aim to communicate any additional charges transparently and will review how this information was presented with your reservation.
We are also sorry to hear that you found the bathroom and shower smaller than expected. As a characterful Victorian property, the size and layout of our rooms and bathrooms can vary, although we continually work to ensure they are comfortable and maintained to the standard our guests expect.

Quiet & Charming Villa in Bath

The Roseate Villa in Bath, UK is a most delightful small inn just a few blocks from the bustling city center and across the street from the lovely little quiet Henrietta Park. You can't get a better overall experience in Bath. We stayed in the desirable Junior Suite (Rm 23) on the ground floor, large, clean, with a lovely rear-garden view and the MOST AMAZING bathroom - newly refurbished with two sinks, a LARGE walk-in shower and, last, but not least, a gorgeous stand-alone white porcelain bathtub. Plus the most beautiful sturdy shiny chrome bath hardware you will ever see. Those Brits do it right. The staff members are ALL so charming and kind - Christina one of the receptionists, and a BIG shoutout and thank you to Kamil, our waiter for Afternoon Tea served in the lovely front gardens. We only stayed for two nights, but wish it was longer.
