Great Stay

Lovely hotel in a great location. Stay to visit the forum theatre, which is a couple of minutes walk away, as are most of Bath's attractions.
Room's are stylish and comfortable, my mother had an accessible room which met all her requirements.
Excellent blackout curtains, comfortable bed and bedding, really good shower, fridge, iron and large TV in room.
Breakfast was nice with a lot of choices.
Avon Street car park was a couple of minutes walk and just £14 for 24 hours.
All in all a great choice of hotel in Bath.

Fantastic experience in Bath

We booked this location traveling from the USA based on reviews and easy proximity to the bus station and the Bath City center. It was an excellent choice overall! The service, room and breakfast were all on point and the staff was very friendly, especially one of the managers, Jason. Be aware there is no onsite parking (which is not that unusual for a city like Bath) and the public parking lot is a 5 minute walk away. Great stay, amazing city, would highly recommend both.

Would definitely stay again

My wife and I went to a show in Bath and decided to stay over
This hotel was fantastic very clean great staff and fantastic free breakfast

Free for all at breakfast

Fine overall but breakfast was an absolute free-for-all. We needed a table for three and those that weren't already taken were left uncleared and dirty. When I asked one staff member (youngish chap with beard) to clean the only (dirty) table available that could accommodate three, he evidently didn't like a guest making such a basic request and said "well it may take me a while". I am not sure if there were staffing issues on the day but I stay in a lot of Hiltons as a Hilton Diamond member and the lack of organisation, as well as the rude attitude of the staff member, did not reflect well. On a much more positive note, our check in at reception was superb - I wish I could remember the receptionist's name but she combined efficiency with friendliness and is a credit to your hotel.

Friendly welcoming by the reception team on our arrival. The room was a king room, spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean and had a spacious shower cubicle. No faults at all. Right in the city centre so close to everything. Breakfast included in the stay which i liked, it was lovely food and a great variety. Lovely dining area.
Parking was a bit pricey, would be nice if guests got it discounted some how, car park was close enough to the hotel though.
