Great stay. The rooms were lovely and the staff were great. Albeit a very hot evening in an old place the fan was just enough. Can’t expect ac in such an old property but would be nice. They didn’t know on our booking we had a child as the third party and the hotel had mis communication but they quickly rectified the issue, just wish it had been sorted before we checked in late. Breakfast was great and staff were amazing

The Swan is a great place to stay for location as it’s close to the castle and Cathedral and the high Street.
The manager gave exceptional service and made sure we were comfortable, and we looked after.
The food and beverage was outstanding.

We booked last minute, only a snug room was available, this was perfectly fine for 1 night . Had everything we needed, staff were very helpful .
Perfect location in the centre Arundel .

We loved the swan hotel. Although our room was A Snug room if it hadn’t of been for the extreme hot weather it would’ve been great. It was a little claustrophobic. The bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom was a little tight but the shower was big. Ask for a low floor if you have difficulty with stairs as they’re quite steep.
We received a warm welcome on arrival and the amazing friendliness of the staff continued through our 2 night stay. Special mention goes to Lee the manager, Sally our fun waitress, Peter the Barman and the young student at breakfast (sorry can’t remember his name.
We had trouble with our room lock and Lee went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the solution. Ee would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so relaxing. Location was perfect, right in the centre of town.

Although the hotel does not have private parking facilities due to its prominent location in the town centre, it is located very close to a public pay display car park. There are also numerous alternative parking facilities around the town, some of which are free and all within walking distance of the hotel.
