⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect hotel for a stay in Suceava – comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service!
During my stay at the MyContinental Hotel Suceava, I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel impresses with its excellent location, friendly service, and high quality of rooms and facilities.
My room was very clean, modernly furnished, and well-equipped. In addition to a powerful air conditioning system and a flat-screen TV, there was also a refrigerator, which is particularly convenient on warm days. The bed was extremely comfortable and impeccably clean, allowing me to sleep excellently every night. The bathroom was also in impeccable condition. The sanitary facilities were impeccably maintained, shower gel and other toiletries were available, and there was absolutely nothing to criticize about the cleanliness.
For additional security, modern key cards are used to access the rooms. This makes one feel very safe and well taken care of throughout the entire stay.
Another highlight is the breakfast. Starting from 6:30 AM, a rich and varied breakfast buffet is offered, occasionally even a bit earlier. The selection is large, and the food is fresh and very tasty. The bright and friendly breakfast room provides a pleasant start to the day. In nice weather, guests can also use the seating areas on the terrace in front of the hotel.
Those wishing to dine at the hotel for lunch or dinner will also not be disappointed. From 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM, various hot dishes and drinks are offered for an additional charge. The restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere and good value for money.
I would especially like to highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff. English is spoken very well at the reception, and the staff is available around the clock. The 24-hour reception ensures that guests feel welcome at any time. Not all staff members in the restaurant speak English; however, everyone was always friendly, attentive, and eager to help.
Accessibility is implemented exemplary. The hotel has special parking spaces for people with disabilities and wheelchair users, as well as accessible entrances. Areas with stairs have appropriate aids such as ramps or stairlifts available. This makes the hotel very suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Another advantage is the large, free parking lot secured by a barrier directly at the hotel. Credit card payment is possible without any issues.
The well-maintained lounge area with comfortable seating at the reception invites guests to linger and emphasizes the overall very positive impression of the establishment.
The location of the hotel is excellent. Many attractions, churches, museums, restaurants, cafés, shopping opportunities, and the historic old town are easily reachable on foot. Only for the famous fortress of Suceava and the adjacent open-air museum is it advisable to arrive by car or public transport. However, thanks to the good transport connections, this is easily possible.
Despite the central location, the hotel is pleasantly quiet, so nothing stands in the way of a restful night. For me, the overall package of comfort, cleanliness, service, location, and value for money is right here.
