Perfect

Very good location in the center. Very nice rooms, nicely furnished. Breakfast is in another accommodation nearby, which was also very good. Free coffee. Everything was just right here, highly recommended.

Great hotel, horrible staff

The hotel is located very centrally so it is amazing for a town visit. The rooms are newly renovated and done excellently. However, the hotel is literally in the middle of the steps between upper and lower town so if you have luggage or a bit elderly just getting to the room with all your belongings can be a challenge. On top there is no reception in the hotel, so after you find the hotel you have to navigate yourself 300m away in the upper town to find the receptionist. We did call for someone to come but this was of no use - I had to go to the receptionist in person so she can accompany me back to the hotel for us to check in there. Same story for check out - the leave let in the hotel says “go to Luxembourg street for check out”, so I did go with all my things and with the room keys - also no use as she had to accompany me back to the hotel just to accept the keys with no other value add service. Very very annoying service, if it was not for the location we wouldn’t have checked in in the first place!
Also the air conditioning was not working in any of the 2 rooms we had. We did open the window in the evening but the music from the restaurants and the people passing by on the stairs made us close them again.

Wow! Old building, new rooms, wonderful facilites

One of the nicest room i ever booked!
Nothing bad!
Good points:
-the carpet is extremely fluffy
-the bed and bed headboard are wonderful
-netflix for free!!
-bluetooth speaker on the wall!
-wireless charger in nightstands and on the desk
I had the feeling that they think about everything.
Congratulation to the designer, the room was very very beatiful!

Modern and romantic - the perfect combination

My recent stay at Kleines Hotel was superb. Comfortable bed, perfect lighting, great atmosphere, Bluetooth Speakers and wireless charging nightstands! I loved every second spent there and I would really recommend Kleines to anyone.

Charming hotel in the heart of the old town

Best hotel in town! The rooms are beautifully decorated with art deco inspired elements and have a huge super comfortable bed. Wireless charger in the side tables and a speaker to connect your music
The staff was very attentive and kind!
Amazing location in the middle of the old town, walking distance to all attractions, nice cafe’s and bars right around the corner
Perfect choice to discover the city, would definitely stay here again
