Snow and Relax

We were yesterday my wife and I in this wonderful Hotel and had a great day, the location is unique, as it has the ski slopes walking Hotel and all the services to enjoy the snow, the hotel facilities are in very good condition and with a tasteful decoration, the room very comfortable, clean and with a terrace with unbeatable views, the pool, which has wonderful mountain views and if you are lucky, like us that the area is snowy, being in the pool is relaxing and postcard.
All the staff at the Hotel are very friendly and very family friendly.
With the accommodation we included breakfast so we had the taste and pleasure of tasting a typical hearty breakfast that was for finger sucking. We will return without hesitation.

Disappointed

The maids were screaming down the hall at 8 am in the morning wakeing everyone.. the rooms are badly isolated and you can hear everything from other rooms... would not recomand for someone who wants to realx...

Amazing experience

We visited the resort on the 1st of December during a longer weekend and we had an amazing time. It was the first resort to provide artificial snow in the entire region if not country. The food was made out of local specialties and was great and plenty. Great rooms and friendly staff. Not to mention it’s right at the bottom of the ski track. Highly recommended!

Bad Service

This Hotel has a bad service, we haven’t NO TOWEL out there, we haven’t no transportation from airport, so we took a taxi (10€ or something like that), the food wasn’t fresh, but the place was very nice

Hotel and location perfect

From the moment we arrived everyone at the Hotel SuperSki couldn't have been more helpful. As English speakers we were in the minority but this was not a problem and everyone went out of their way to help and please us. Our room was very clean, spacious, warm and with a balcony looking directly over the slopes. Perfect. The Hotel is situated right on the slopes, with a heated boot room. The Ski equipment hire was first class and the lift operators were very helpful. The Pistes are very well prepared overnight and the Ski Instructors ensure rapid progress and speak English. There is always a friendly welcome at the bars. The breakfasts were excellent and food is served all day. The Management even went out of their way to ensure we had English tea. All the local people in this part of Romania made us feel so welcome and the only down side to our trip was that we could only stay for six nights, so we have already booked for next year !
