Stay away if you don’t want strangers at your party

Booked the whole place, just to find out on the day of our arrival that the owner had a room booked on Booking.
Even though we repeatedly asked the owner to move the guests, he did not comply. We had to be careful with the music due to the other guests.
Do not recommend this place is you want privacy.
Also, after we left, the owner had the audacity to blame us for damaging the property, but when we asked for proof (video+ photos) he sent us an old photo of a broken TV. The damaged TV from the room he mentioned was white, while the one in the photo was black. I asked him to show me the date and hour the photo was taken, but of course he didn’t want to show me. I wonder why?
To summarize the experience: unprofessional behavior, lack of respect towards the customers and unreliable services.

Nice place - terrible owner

I went to this location twice. Both times, the owner was acting very strange. Like standing in a corner and watching everyone or staring through the windows at people on the "dance floor" . In my opinion he is most of the time drunk and always in a bad mood. One time, as you probabily saw in other reviews, he shut the electricity down during a birthday party at 5am, without informing anyone. (the agreement for the checkout was set for 16:00pm) What kind of person does that and why?

Creepy

We were there for a birthday party. the location is beautiful but the owner is awful. In the middle of the night he sat in the yard for about an hour and watched us obsessively, through the window, as we danced ... creepy. At 5 in the morning he turned off the power, without even a warning, because the music was too loud. You know, we can discuss and solve the problem, that's what mature people do. One thing is clear, he rents this place only for money.

Bad experience

The owner stopped the electricity at 5 a. m. so we got kicked out without telling us before that we are doing something wrong and without returning any of our money, despite the fact that he was informed about the nature of the event from the beginning.

Unpolite and kicked us out at 5 AM

Since we arrived he was unpolite, we asked him to move some furniture pieces out of the way(we would have done all the heavy lifting and would put them back in place but he refused and not cooperate.
We discussed about a birthday party that happened on 12th of June at his property.
We told them that we have our own sound-system and they agreed with it.
We have come to the agrement to stay until 16 o clock but without any previous warning he shut down the electicity at 5 am.
THIS IS DEFINETLY NOT THE TYPE OF HOST ANYONE WOULD WANT TO MEET.
