Excellent and very central in Bucharest
Everything was perfect: spacious room, bathroom with a very comfortable shower, fridge and safe in the room, kettle with tea and coffee in the room, courtesy bathroom set including slippers, excellent wifi signal.
Good daily cleaning, friendly staff at the reception.
The breakfast is truly top-notch, served in the TORO venue below the hotel, which transforms into a pub in the evening.
There is a wide selection for both savory and sweet options.
A special mention to the lady in charge of breakfast who, on the day of our departure, made herself available for an early opening of the venue.
Great attention to guests demonstrated by a welcome email received the day before arrival and another during the stay to gather feedback and potential improvement suggestions: small details that make a difference!

Generally good experience but …
In terms of positives
1. Brilliant location for old town
2. Rooms super clean
3. Very good air conditioning
4.Great breakfast (at restaurant downstairs)
5. Very comfortable bed
Not so good
1. The receptionist spent most of the time on the ground floor by the door smoking and on the mobile
2. Although they say guests can leave luggage, it was simply in the receptionist area and with them generally not there we felt uncomfortable so on check out we took our luggage
3. Lift stops between floors so there are stairs regardless to rooms
4. Despite it claiming high speed internet, we couldn’t connect and when we asked the receptionist, they said there is no wifi to room 114
Although this claims to be 4 star, having been in many 4 and 5 star hotels, I think this is definitely a 3.

Cleanliness and excellent service and location.
It is true that there are some stairs to access the reception but... Given this good treatment and cleanliness along with the location, we consider this hotel HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Moderate experience - Good location, but significant problems
In the triple room although it was clean and nice was missing the third bed or even a couch. When we mentioned it at the reception, they tried to make us crazy that the reservation was for two people, even though the mistake was theirs. Eventually we couldn't find a solution and we moved to move a room from the 5 bedroom
On the positive side, the lady at breakfast was polite and very helpful.
Overall for the money we gave there are definitely much better hotels.
