L'Hotel Panorama est un hôtel 3 étoiles situé à seulement 100 mètres de la forêt, à 1 km du spa de Teplice et à 2 km du château de Dobravka. Il propose un centre de bien-être avec sauna, jacuzzi et hammam, disponibles moyennant un supplément.

Okay for a drive-through, I wouldn't want to stay longer
Rooms: Bed in order, rather firm / bathroom is fine, little shelf / window and balcony door to open, without fly gauze
Parking: large, free of charge
Breakfast: for breakfast you have to buy a “ticket”, sometimes breakfast is already included in the hotel price, then you still get this “ticket”. Also the breakfast is Spartan, of each thing two kinds (cereal, bread, sweet spread, cold cuts, eggs, sausages). Coffee was bearable, bread roll stick very dry.
Restaurant: for dinner a “ticket” must be bought at the reception (€11), the food was more like a canteen. Partly heavily seasoned. It doesn't make you happy, that's enough.
Wi-Fi: very weak in the room, disappears again and again
Staff: multilingual incl. English and German, but convey the attitude of displeasure and boredom
Location / peace and quiet: Located on the edge of town on a hill. I had a view over the city. You could very well open the windows / door without being disturbed.

Not enough.
The views definitely were nice. But there weren't enough outlets (one in a room for three people) and one in the bathroom. The single bed was rock hard. The food wasn't great. It's a bit isolated. And it was filled with groups of kids, so the dining rooms were always loud. Kudos to the restaurant servers, though.

Clean extremely basic
Hotel looks ok from the outside, but inside you go many years back. No airco. Restaurant looks like company eat location. Rooms are clean but extremely basic. TV without any cable? No curtains for the windows, etc.

Terribly rude staff
A terrible hotel. The staff is incredibly rude, especially in the restaurant. They practically took the plates from us while we were eating - you litterally had to hold your plate to keep it. They have strange rules about credit cards in the bar. And worst of all my group had made a very clear arrangement with the staff about having a party at the hotel, but during the day of the party, they had several heated discussions about it and in the end we were yelled at by the staff and thrown out.

Worst hotel ever
I visited this hotel full of expectations of a fantastic trip, how disappointed I was to discover the real hotel panorama. Where do I start? Perhaps the abysmal service in the restaurant, with staff who served warm drinks and charged double, what hotel takes advantage of its customers? Secondly the food, I would hope that pigs in their sty would not have to consume some of the meals that were served to us, it was borderline diabolical and most of the time certainly inedible. The hotel couldn't even provide the basic human need of water as the tap water wasn't consumable and the subpar reception didn't even sell water to their thirsty and needy customers. Our rooms were a complete shambles, doors had been pulled off their hinges and not replaced and holes in doors simply had a wood effect sticker placed over them whilst the offending customer probably was utterly overcharged for the damage. Furthermore we were also overcharged, damage to the rooms that was pre-existing was claimed to be our parties' doing, and we were charged for complete room repaint for perhaps two minute stains on the wall. Moreover the maintenance man was an absolute joke, he took it upon himself to scream in the faces of children which the damage they had done was almost fully accidental, while him and the cleaners found fit to go into people's rooms and then leave the door open upon their exit for any person to walk in and steal belongings. Finally our party was thoroughly shook by another party of people seemingly to be have mental disabilities - although neither myself or any of my travelling peers have a natural negative attitude to people with disabilities - we could not help but gather annoyance when an elderly woman chased children in our party down corridors and then ran into their rooms and stared at them which thoroughly spooked them and was extremely traumatising for many of them. This concludes my joke of a stay at the appalling hotel panorama in teplice Czech Republic

Pravděpodobně jste ze skupiny anglických Rugbystů. Rád bych Vám připomněl, v jakém stavu jste zanechali pokoje po Vašem odjezdu a jak jste se během celého pobytu chovali. Rozmlácené dvěře v pokojích, balkonové dveře, skla na balkonech. Otlučené zdi, počmárané a postříkané vším možným. Ručníky od exkrementů. Vámi způsobené škody jste odmítli zaplatit. Až na upozornění, že bude přivolána policie, jste zaplatili alespoň Vašimi dětmi rozbité sklo balkonového zábradlí. A také bych rád připomněl chování Vaší skupiny během pobytu. Absolutní nedodržování hotelového řádu. Děti dělající hluk a nepořádek na hotelu až do ranních hodin a to nejen v pokojích, ale i na chodbách a v recepci, s čímž měli samozřejmě velký problém ostatní hosté. Podotýkám bez dozoru trenérů, kteří spali opilí na pokojích. Nošení si vlastních nápojů do restaurace a to dokonce i soudků piva. Pokaždé, když jste na Vaše chování byli upozorněni, reagovali jste agresivně a personál jste slovně dosti vulgárně napadali. To že Vám vadí, že na hotelu byla ubytována skupina postižených dětí, které zde trávili čas při sportovních soutěžích nebudu komentovat. Snad jen, že je velká škoda, že jste se od těchto dětí mohli okoukat trochu slušného chování. Vždy jsem měl za to, že rugby je sportem gentlemanů. Chování Vaší skupiny ale potvrdilo, že to ne vždy musí být pravda.To že náš hotel v budoucnu již nenavštívíte, bude jistě přínosem pro obě strany.
