Wonderful place
We go to the hotel several times a year. We and our children love it there. Wonderful wellness, warm pool, delicious food, children's play area, lots of sports opportunities and great service. Keep going, what you are doing. :)

5 star resort
Great place to spend a wonderfull time . IT doesn't matter if you are here for one day stay or even one week.
Nice stuff , everywhere is clean , tasty meals , and the spa area Is one of the best I have ever experienced....
Located in an area of Jeseníky - so many options for making a trips around....

Lovely place
A great hotel in the charming resort of Sobotín. We were very happy about the beautiful and comfortable accommodation. Room overlooking the castle park and the castle itself. Spacious room, stylishly furnished. Beautiful bathroom, towels, bathrobes and slippers are available. Large bed with comfortable mattresses. Wellness and spa zones just perfect. We liked the restaurant in the castle very much. The kitchen staff with the gourmet chef, Mr. Jaroslav Klár, was excellent. All the food was superb and we as a food lovers appreciated it a lot. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Thank you for Mr. Klár's kind and professional approach. The staff was very friendly and helpful - provided us with flawless service.We also enjoyed the possibility of fishing in the chateau pond, where we spend a lovely afternoon. Overall great experience! Highly recommended. We will certainly return.

Wonderfull resort with huge potential
I spent over 100 days in different hotels around the world on my business trips in 2017 and the goal of my family winter holiday was not working but enjoy free days during Christmas holiday with my family. But my heart was bleeding to see not used potential of this wonderful holiday resort, where owner spent lots of money to make it authentic, luxury and relaxing... So I decided to write a short evaluation of our one week stay. 1. The hotel: We have chosen Sport & Family hotel Ludwig (one of three hotels in the resort) - we received nice specious room, but without any service - five days nobody cleaned our room and because we have small child, floor was dirty after couple days... 2. The Spa: Nice Swiming pool for approx. 25 guests in the Spa resort with approx. 150 beds and also open for public??? Well, when resort was full (third and fifth day of our stay) very difficult to get in... We used also freshly opened spa massages and we have to say that it was great, but bit overpriced 60€ for one massage??? 3. Restaurant: The resort has two restaurants; first luxury in the Castle hotel and second 200m far from the resort named Motorest Permonik. The luxury one had the Menu of 3 starters, 4 main courses and 3 deserts. Food quality was excellent (well done Chef) and prices acceptable (main course for 12€), but we would prefer to have more choices, especially if you stay in this resort for more than five days you don’t want to eat same dish every second day. Service in this restaurant was very helpful, but when more guests came in, it was very unorganized! Second restaurant is cheaper option, but is almost always full because of close main road and the food was average quality... 4. Reception: Small desk with one person who should serve also drinks in lobby bar and Spa entry, but girls were always very helpful and smiling, special thanks for support to Hana receptionist who helped us with everything and loved our child! Resume: Wonderfull resort with huge potential, but needs to solve some details and find more qualified workers (mainly managers who can manage each department more professionally...). Then, resort needs probably second Swimming pool with possibility to swim outside, one swimming pool for 150 guests is far not enough. Location is great: 10km you can ski in Kouty or 20km in Cervenohorske sedlo in Jeseniky mountains. Velke Losiny castle and old Handmade paper mill is worth to visit and only 10km far away. Message for owner Mr. Hroch - you have my full respect how you invested into this wonderful place, but please invest more money into finding and keeping good people who will make this resort perfect!

Cosy rooms and interesting catacomb!!
Hotel has 2 parts - in building and outside. Was inside and rooms are cosy and bath tub is lovely and deep. eating in winter can be an issue if want to eat at hotel but a 5 mins walk down the hill is a restaurant that's very good. pool is open until 9pm and new spa about to open. Connection between hotel and restaurant can be interesting if you take the underground passage. we got lost both times we used it but is quite fun.
