misleading information on website
We reserved a three-bedroom apartment with a terrace, and we even called in advance to specifically confirm that the unit would include one. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find that there was no terrace at all, despite the fact that the photos clearly show it as part of the apartment.
Unfortunately, this was not the only issue. The third bedroom, which also functions as a living room, was missing the curtain around the bed. This made the room unusable for proper rest, especially considering the lack of privacy and light control. Just imagine that the house is located on a busy street, so even at night you see all car and street lights flashing into your eyes!
We reported both issues to the reception, whom first refused our complaint. After insisting, they turned us to customer care, but they were unable to resolve the situation and instead offered compensation such as free breakfast or a late check-out. However, these gestures did not address the core problem — we were unable to sleep properly during our entire 4-night stay.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, mainly due to the misleading information and the lack of an effective solution on-site.

It was nice to have the space of an apartment since we were there for over a week. The location was great but two downsides that made it a bit challenging. The first downside was that there is no air conditioning, which was challenging in the summer! Adding to this is that there aren't any screens on the windows! When we opened the window at night for some cooler air, the apartment quickly became inundated with flies!
The second major issue was the non stop noise as the building is at a major intersection.

Amazing place to stay.
We stayed as a family of 6 in number 22, and we were all amazed at the very high standard of the apartment. Very clean and well equipped. Very high standard of finish and we enjoyed our stay very much.
Close to shops and bars. Great view of the river. Thank you, we will be back.

Perfect location, excellent apartment, very clean and spacious, only recommended for luxury looking travelers. Tastefully decorated, sleep quality
